The total amount of the fund will be £10,000,000

Investments will be made for amounts between £250,000 and £1,500,000 per company

It is envisioned that 4-6 investments will be made in total

Investments will be completed by 31st March 2021, thereby qualifying for the current financial year (and the previous year if eligible)

The fund is mentored by ARIE Tech LLP

Investment   Criteria

Companies applying to the ARIE Capital EIS fund should meet the following criteria:

Have a proof of concept and/or existing revenues

Have existing IP/patent(s) that provide a barrier to entry

Operate primarily on a B2B model (some exceptions may be possible)

Have a full-time/dedicated management team

Be based in the UK and have received EIS- or SEIS-qualifying certification from HMRC
