These companies are based all over the world and across a variety of sectors.


So far, our portfolio has seen 4 exits, as well as 1 IPO (with another to be announced soon).

Additionally, 4 of our companies have already benefitted from EIS investment.

So far, the ARIE Group has successfully exited (including partial exits) from four companies:

Redux creates technology that uses vibrations to turn surfaces of phones or tablets into speakers or provide haptic feedback.

Redux was acquired by Google in 2018 at 1.73 times the valuation of the ARIE Group's  initial investment.

Oasis' smart SIM provides both end-to-end and customized services to enable the deployment of global USIM technology connectivity and management. It offers a full set of services for embedded and reprogrammable SIM, plus solutions for activation, connectivity and subscription management.

The ARIE Group partially exited its position in Oasis in 2020 via a share sale.

floLIVE offers a global IoT ecosystem in the cloud for chipset manufacturers and IoT service providers and platforms.

The ARIE Group partially exited from floLIVE in 2019 with the company at 2.5 times the valuation of the date of ARIE Capital's initial investment.

Integra Holdings is a unique healthcare investment company with a focus on biopharmaceuticals and medical diagnostics and devices.

The ARIE Group successfully exited its position in Integra Holdings in 2021 via a share sale.
